Pets – Max 2 allowed. Cats & dogs welcome only. Non‑refundable pet fee: $300 for the first pet, $200 for the second pet. Monthly pet rent: $30 per pet. Weight limit: 30 lbs per pet. Breed restrictions apply (e.g., Pit Bull & mixes, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinscher, Saint Bernard, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Great Dane, Akita). Certified service dogs allowed; reasonable accommodations considered case‑by‑case.
